This notice covers the Doria Health website and waitlist. The Doria app is not yet available; it will have its own privacy policy before launch.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and which sign-up form you used. If you ask about a clinic pilot, we collect your name, organization, work email and any message you add. If you email us, we receive your message and email address. We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, health information. Please don't send medical records or health details by email.

How we use it

• To send you updates about Doria, early access and launch news.
• To invite you, if you'd like, to take part in research interviews that shape the product.
• To reply when you contact us.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who helps us

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our email, such as our website host, our form provider and our email provider. They process information only to provide those services to us.

Your choices

You can leave the waitlist at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to hello@doriahealth.ai. You can also ask us to see or delete the information we hold about you, and we'll respond promptly.
